We offer comprehensive Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher training programs in beautiful Bali: 100-hour foundation program (12 days), 200-hour standard program (28 days), 300-hour advanced program (28 days), and 500-hour master level certification. We also offer 5-day and 7-day yoga retreats for those seeking a shorter wellness experience. All programs include accommodation, meals, and comprehensive training materials.

No prior teaching experience is required! Our programs are designed to accommodate students of all levels. Our 100-hour foundation program is perfect for complete beginners, while our 200-hour program is ideal for those with some yoga practice experience. Our experienced instructors provide personalized guidance and support throughout your journey, ensuring that everyone can succeed regardless of their starting point.

Yes! Our 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour programs are fully certified by Yoga Alliance, the internationally recognized standard for yoga teacher training. Upon successful completion, you'll receive a Yoga Alliance certificate that allows you to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and teach yoga professionally worldwide. The 100-hour program provides a foundation certificate.

Certification & Requirements

Our comprehensive program fees include: accommodation (shared or private room options), three vegetarian meals daily, all training materials and course manuals, yoga mats and props, daily yoga classes (Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha), pranayama and meditation sessions, philosophy and anatomy classes, Yoga Alliance certificate (for 200+ hour programs), airport pickup, free Wi-Fi, filtered water, and one free Ayurvedic massage. Everything you need for a complete training experience is included!

The duration varies by program: 100-hour foundation program takes 12 days, 200-hour standard program takes 28 days, 300-hour advanced program takes 28 days, and the 500-hour master program combines both 200-hour and 300-hour components. We offer intensive formats that allow you to complete your training in a focused, immersive environment in beautiful Bali.

We recommend bringing: comfortable yoga clothes, a water bottle, notebook and pen for taking notes, personal toiletries, sunscreen and insect repellent, comfortable walking shoes for excursions, a light jacket or shawl for cooler evenings, and any personal items you need. Yoga mats and props are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We'll send you a detailed packing list upon enrollment.

Accommodation & Facilities

Yes! Upon completion of our 200-hour, 300-hour, or 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified programs, you'll be qualified to teach yoga professionally at studios, gyms, wellness centers, and private settings worldwide. Many of our graduates have successfully started their teaching careers, opened their own studios, or integrated yoga teaching into their existing wellness practices. The 100-hour program provides a foundation for personal practice and can be a stepping stone to the 200-hour certification.

We offer both shared and private room accommodations. Shared rooms are comfortable and allow you to connect with fellow students, while private rooms offer more privacy and space. All rooms have attached bathrooms, and the accommodation is included in your course fees. The facilities are designed to support your learning journey with a peaceful, nurturing environment in the heart of Bali.

Our programs cover multiple yoga styles including Ashtanga (primary series), Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga. You'll learn traditional yoga asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy and alignment, teaching methodology, and hands-on adjustments.
